Logistics & Event Management

For certain activations, SMB Media Solutions may assist with the coordination of deliveries, temporary storage of promotional materials or products, and stock organisation during an event.We can also provide a base location for brand ambassadors, allowing them to restock products, change if required and take breaks during the event.All products, promotional materials and stock remain the property of the client. Delivery schedules, quantities and return shipping arrangements should be agreed in advance as part of the event planning process.While SMB Media Solutions takes reasonable care when handling or storing client materials, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or delays caused by couriers, event organisers or circumstances outside of our control.

Event Pricing

Event support is typically charged on an hourly or project basis, depending on the scale and requirements of the event.
Our standard rate for event coordination and on-site support is: €50 per hour

Additional services such as content creation, logistics coordination and post-event marketing may be quoted separately.
Minimum engagement periods may apply depending on the size of the event.
